1424 Stoughton is a retail project in the heart of Stoughton, WI. This site was selected due to its high traffic and highly visibility location which is essential for premier retail space. Stoughton is a fast-growing city with new retailers interested in expanding into the area. As predicted, there was a great deal of interest and the project will be 100% occupied upon completion.
