Grand on Main is a 20-acre development at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Main Street in Sun Prairie, WI. The project consists of retail, restaurant, office, senior living, and single-family residential. Kraemer Development acted as the master developer for the Grand on Main project. They strategically sold portions of the land to developers that would complement the Grand on Main commercial properties with senior living, residential and a restaurant.
This property is ideally located in Sun Prairie, one of the fastest growing residential and retail areas in the state. Sun Prairie has the fastest growing school district in state, with 8,200 students, and is one of the region's most successful employment centers with a growing manufacturing, technology and entrepreneurial sectors. This development is adjacent to the new Meadow View Elementary School, ¼ mile from the project, the new $170 million high school which be open in 2021.
